Q: What kinds of plushie toys do you sell?
A: We offer a wide range of soft plushie toys, including cute characters, animal plushies, and collectible stuffed toys. Our selection is regularly updated with new designs.

Q: Are your plushies safe for children?
A: Our plushie toys are made from soft, child-friendly materials. However, we recommend checking the product description for age recommendations and always supervising very young children during use.

Q: Are the plushies machine washable?
A: Care instructions vary by product. Most plushies can be surface cleaned or gently hand washed. Please refer to the care label on your specific item.

Q: Will the plushie look exactly like the photos?
A: We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing batches.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible at awmfvectjplxf@gmx.us.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: Contact us immediately at awmfvectjplxf@gmx.us. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

A: We currently ship only within Poland.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Q: Do you provide tracking?

Q: What if my package is delayed?

Q: My plushie arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at awmfvectjplxf@gmx.us with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
